Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except where required by law.

Organisers have full discretion to change pricing, show times, door times, and seating layouts without notice.

Tickets will be void if resold or traded at a premium, bundled with other goods or services, or used in advertising or as a competition prize without written permission from Eventek. Breach of this condition may result in denied admission or ejection.

Organisers may add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute any artist, team, or performer, but ticket holders must be notified at least 24 hours before the event.

The ticket holder consents to personal and bag searches by officials, venue staff, or event organisers before or after entry.

Audio/video recorders and flash photography may be prohibited depending on the event. Organisers must specify this clearly.

Late arrivals may experience seating delays until a suitable break in the event.

Pickup tickets must be collected by the original purchaser. If using a credit card for ID, the cardholder must collect the tickets.

Ticket holders may be required to leave the venue if they:

Hamper the conduct of the event,

Breach venue by-laws, or

Engage in disruptive or aggressive behaviour.

Violation of these conditions revokes the ticket holder’s right to remain at the venue.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Interpretation and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions apply only to the Eventek website. Other websites you may access through links from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for third-party sites. Sales can only be concluded in English. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of its courts.
